All of our products are in vacuum-sealed packages. Unopened raw products can be stored in a freezer up to a year.Unopened cooked products can be stored in a freezer up to 6 months.
Orders require two days to process from the day the order was placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday.
All of the products are shipped frozen, to insure quality.
Every package is placed into a specially made Styrofoam container with dry ice. This will allow the product to remain frozen while being shipped, normally two days. Any longer than that we suggest another level of shipment should be considered.
